This cosy and family-friendly holiday apartment is situated entirely on the ground floor and it has its own entrance. The house has a nice terrace and a large garden and is situated in a quiet spot in Niedernsill with a wonderful view.

Apartment Anneke offers space for up to 8 people.

Facilities include a living-room (including a double bed settee and flat screen TV) with mountain view and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area.

There are 3 bedrooms :1 bedroom with double bed and flat-screen TV,

    1 bedroom with 2 single beds and main bathroom and a separate toilet,

    1 bedroom with a double bed with en-suite bathroom/toilet, flat-screen television.

Niedernsill is a traditional village in the heart of the Austrian Alps, near Kaprun (8km), Zell am See (15km), Saalbach Hinterglemm (30km) and 40km from both Kitzbühel and the Krimml Waterfalls. Niedernsill is a good central starting point.

At all times of the year, this area offers wonderful holiday opportunities with breathtaking views of the mountains of the National Park Hohe Tauern as well as of the Kitzbüheler Alps.

Our guests enjoy the beautiful landscape, wonderful walks, cycling tours, mountain biking, swimming and the picturesque villages, towns and many ski areas.

Next door to our house you'll find the Beginners' Lift (with snowmaking equipment) and a ski school. A free ski bus to Kaprun-Zell am See is available.
